For the website, you can check my changes in f60484 (or better wait for the buildbot and check https://yade-dem.org/doc/ in a moment). I added subtitles everywhere (more readable), removed one redundant section ("citing yade"), and tuned the ordering of the lists a little. There is also one explicit link to the main wikipage since it is the entry point for interesting stuff (benchmarks, development tools, etc) If you agree we can change the main page now.
