- improved version of TriaxialStressController, controling not onlt stress
but also strain rate
- making the interface more similar (but still not exactly like)
PeriTriaxController.
- TriaxialCompressionEngine and ThreeDTriaxialEngine become almost useless
- reflected in the example script which now uses only TriaxialStressController
