A question for Christian, I just fixed a bug in sphinx/tutorial/06-periodic-triaxial-test.py I see that this script works correctly with spheres, but it is only "supposed to" work when it comes to clumps. The problem is apparently that the clump cloud generation results in big overlaps between clumps. If you have a moment, maybe your new functions may be used to solve the problem.
