Hi Bruno, there were a lot of fixes in 3.2.1, so please ask your users to install this version. Packages are here [1].
Alternatively eigen3 can be downloaded from upstream official website. Yade should be compiled with an option -DEIGEN3_INCLUDE_DIR=/path/to/eigen3 in that case.
