Re-write of "Yade on GitHub" wiki page in sphinx doc.
As discussed during the Grenoble workshop, I'm inserting a new rst file corresponding more or less to "Yade on GitHub" wiki page. Few extra comments are inserted, and the structure is slightly modified.
Obviously all is open to discussion, especially the location as a separate
rst file, pointed towards by installation and toc pages.
