I reported it here, because OpenBLAS doesn't even seem to be necessary! (at least for the yade examples I have) Well I found this out after posting this bug, but anyway I solve my problem by hardcopying the original BLAS files (in order to not make apt hiccup because of missing dependencies): sudo cp /usr/lib/libblas/libblas.so.3 /usr/lib/libblas.so.3 sudo cp /usr/lib/liblapack/liblapack.so.3 /usr/lib/liblapack.so.3
