Thank you Janek for your help.

   Yes I am behind a proxy, but I don't think it is a problem of 
configuration network (my network works well for svn, synaptic, 
thunderbird, matlab licence manager, and so on).

I have already asked my administration about that, and it is clear ssh 
is not authorized.
