PS. the wrapper module is (admittedly quite tersely) documented by epydoc here: http://beta.arcig.cz/~eudoxos/yade/epydoc/yade.wrapper-module.html . Documenting all the methods at least briefly by hand (c++ signatures are auto-generated) is a work-in-pregress.
