You're on Ubuntu 9.04, right? Back then CGAL packages had this
dependency on non-default boost (1.35 instead of the default 1.34). I
think you can install it, it shouldn't break anything. v

Headers are in the -dev packages (like DEVelopment), at least that's the
debian policy for packaging.
