Hello everyone: Recently I plan to use DEM to study the pavement response under a moving wheel load, but I have some troubles to model the moving wheel which should apply a specific vertical force to underneath pavement when it rotate and move. I know we can combine several plates together to form a roller and move it by setting the moving equation of each plate (like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUv26xlh89I&feature=player_embedded), but how can the roller apply specified force to the underneath pavement when it move? Is there any other better method to model the moving wheel in YADE simulation?
