plus scripts/test/periodic-triax.py for inspiration. Run with -j1 it will run very slow with such small number of particles otherwise. https://www.yade-dem.org/sphinx/yade.wrapper.html#yade.wrapper.PeriTriaxController might be useful as well (no memoization yet, sorry, it will run the simulation every time called).
