Hi,
this is a strange error. Probably, yade-0.60 packages are broken. Need to check.
Try to install yade-daily, it is working:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yade-pkg/snapshots
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install yade-daily
It will be updated automatically.
