Question #175394 on Yade changed: https://answers.launchpad.net/yade/+question/175394
Chareyre posted a new comment: The timestep determination doesn not really matter here. It should be fixed manually to identical values in both codes, then if only one explodes there is a problem. Christian, in order to double check contacts parameters, looking at input values is not enough. The best way is to simulate a compression on two spheres and see the displacement/force response. That way, you will know if the contact behavior is really the same. -- You received this question notification because you are a member of yade-users, which is an answer contact for Yade. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~yade-users Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~yade-users More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
