Giulia Macaro posted a new comment: Yes, you are right, the problem is that even if I divide the cylinder is shorter ones, the last section of the cylinder+the rounded end is bigger that the width of the periodic cell. I have only created the cylinder without applying any displacement. So I have no interactions yet between it and the particles.
