Kneib François confirmed that the question is solved:
I was not thinking about changing the origin of the coordinate system but to
keep it in place and to move the origin of the periodic cell.
I was asking if this is possible because I'm using Yade with my own fluid code.
As it's not possible to do this I had to change my code and now it works (it
was not as difficult as I thought to achieve it, I grant).
