We try to maintain backward compatibility when it is not too difficult. So,
usage is the same as in 0.70.0 normally.
"Trunk" is generally better than the last release, provided devs work in the
good direction. You can get immediate update if you wish, but you are not
forced to update.
If you don't update your sources, then you will have a stable version frozen at
a given revision.
0.70.0 is (almost) nothing more than that: a snapshot of trunk at a given time.
