I beg to disagree Anton. ;)
Here the flags are functor flags, not material parameters.
If "setCohesionOnNewContacts", cohesion is assigned when new contacts
appear (as the name suggests)
If "setCohesionNow", however, shear strentgh is assigned to all
contacts, not only new ones.
