Hi Anton,

if I use
cmake -DINSTALL_PREFIX=/home/jan/yade-src/cmaketest/trunk/build/ 
/home/jan/yade-src/cmaketest/trunk/ -DENABLE_GUI=ON -DENABLE_OPENMP=ON

I got:

CMake Warning:
  Manually-specified variables were not used by the project:

    ENABLE_GUI
    ENABLE_OPENMP
