Ok, in fact my question was : do shearForce and normalForce always
represent the force applied by id1 to id2 ? So the answer is yes.
When you write :
i.phys.shearForce + i.geom.normal * i.phys.normalForce,
you assume that i.phys.normalForce is a scalar I guess. It seems that
i.phys.normalForce is already the vector described by
i.geom.normal * (kn*un)
