Klaus Thoeni posted a new comment: I just wanted to add, O.bodies.replaceByClumps returns a tuple of [(clumpId1,[memberId1,memberId2,...]),(clumpId2,[memberId1,memberId2,...]),...], so you have your list already. No need to loop over the whole bodies.
