Bruno Chareyre proposed the following answer: Behzad, see bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/yade/+bug/1304878 One way to get yade running parallel (I mean if you don't want to wait for the bugfix) is to uninstall openblas and to compile yade on your side. It will say that "linsolv" is disabled, which is not a problem in your case.
