Raphaël Maurin is still having a problem:
It gives always the same size which correspond to len(O.bodies)
What else do you need ?
Because you have the C++ source code above (cpp and hpp, one after the other)
and I tried a very simplified script only executing the command
HydroForceEngine.vxFluct = np.zeros(len(O.bodies)
and I have the same problem.
