Anton Gladky posted a new comment: It was not a clump, but a "rock particle model" [1], [2] (removed from the trunk a couple of years ago). It is some kind of cohesive particle models. Feel free to look into it, and if you will want to maintain/develop this code, we can reintroduce it.
