Dear Fu,
It seems to me than one hour would not be enough to only understand all the
above messages and the corresponding scripts.
Add to this, the need to download input data files and rename them as you
suggest (why input txt files for python scripts?!), put them in the right
place, find which version of this long script is the one we are supposed to try
(two complete scripts plus many code fragments in different messages), and you
will anticipate that nobody will ever try to reply.
To give people a chance to help you I suggest the following:
- Close this question. Open a new one with a simpler problem statement. "There
is something wong" is helpless.
- Don't mix physical considerations (e.g. how shear bands are developping in
lab experiments) with technical problems (e.g. "ValueError: cannot convert
float NaN to integer", why is this error not mentionned before #5?!).
- Prepare a script as simple as possible in order to show the problem.
