ipemath confirmed that the question is solved:
Bruno and Jan, both of you were right. Some of the energy components
were starting from 0 when I reload the simulation. I had to save the
last values using saveVars to solve the issue. Thanks again for your
patience and help. Soliciting futher help in future.
