According to a discussion on the yade-dev mailing list, it is "normal" : the web site is currently down (something on Grenoble 3SR lab's side). It should come back soon I guess. Note that there are other ways to access some parts the doc, e.g. from yade python script itself, try "Sphere?" for ex.
