Fixing the sources by yourself is not an option I would recommend, and changing
CMake parameters will probably not work.
Finding a working version of the lib is the only option I think.
Just a guess: the installation page [1] is mentionning libqglviewer-qt4-dev
instead of libQGLviewer for certain versions.
Did you try that?
Others will have a more accurate understanding than me of how opensuse 13.2
compares with debian systems, hopefully.
