There is no dynamic option in the PeriTriaxcontroller:

It looks like I am able to consolidate the packing periodically using:
[Ip2_FrictMat_FrictMat_FrictPhys()],
[Law2_ScGeom_FrictPhys_CundallStrack()]
but it is not working using:
[Ip2_FrictMat_FrictMat_MindlinPhys(en=0.5,es=0.5)],
[Law2_ScGeom_MindlinPhys_Mindlin()]
