not all of them, just scroll to the end of the file :-)
the reason is here:
def addPlotData():
if not isinstance(O.bodies[-1].shape,Wall):
plot.addData(); return # plot.addPlotData() with no argument will
add nan values
...
use
def addPlotData():
if not isinstance(O.bodies[-1].shape,Wall):
return # just return without empty addPlotData call
...
instead and it should work ok
