I running this file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/copedkc8uxlvp0w/sphereclump.py?dl=0 and this input file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/maqvgtzifvuvnui/d16r30.txt?dl=0 Earlier it took one hour to start main view window, and about 20 minutes to simulate 5 seconds of physical process. But now main view window appears faster, but simulation of 5 seconds of process now takes more than 3-5 hours. I’m using the same file and input data.
