VG is still having a problem:

Thanks for your reply.
I had read about this approach in one of the previous questions, but the
problem there is that I don't want any cohesive bond between sub-
particles of different aggregates. So if I import a compacted packing of
aggregates in my simulation, and then try to assign cohesive bond, it
will lead to cohesive bond between sub-particles of different
aggregates.
So I am wondering if there is an alternate ?
