Jérôme Duriez proposed the following answer: Please give a try with createDistantMeniscii=True (instead of False). Here, your spheres are in strict contact (zero overlap) and Law2_ScGeom_CapillaryPhys_Capillarity disregards such interaction for meniscus creation when createDistantMeniscii=False. In such instance, Law2_ScGeom_CapillaryPhys_Capillarity wants a strictly positiv overlap for menisci to be created.
