Hi, for completeness, what operation system are you using? It is only a
warning anyway and should not affect your simulations. I had the same
warning on a fresh 14.04 install.
Please change as well the title as the current one does not reflect the
actual problem. Something like Warning when starting yade is more
appropriate.
