Thanks for the answer and for the trick to split the cylinder in 3. It
works very well when considering all element FrictMat and the
Law2_ScGeom_FrictPhys_CundallStrack. However, when I use ViscElMat and
Law2_ScGeom_ViscElPhys_Basic, I still get the same problem. Is it also
the case for you ?
A pragmatic solution is to use a cylinder that is FrictMat and interact with
the particles with Law2_ScGeom_FrictPhys_CundallStrack, then it works.
However, it would be nice to understand why it is not working with the
Law2_ScGeom_ViscElPhys_Basic contact law, and try to fix this problem.
I will check that further but if you have any ideas in the mean time, it
is more than welcome !
