Can you copy the error message that you receive when it tries to import
the file?
First, make sure mesh1.stl is in the same folder as your script. Then try
adding quotes around mesh1?
O.bodies.append(ymport.stl('mesh1'+'.stl',wire=True,material='caixasup'))
