Thanks Jerome for the answer. Now the code works.
I have started using PFV very recently and have few questions.
1) Is there a way I can access the info on the geometry of the each pore body,
i.e., throat radius, pore volume and in the case of the trapped pore can I get
specific information about the bodies involved with that specific pore.
2) And if i want to implement a sequence like:
after every strain increment -> i do a triangulation again (such that i can
find the changes in the pore volume)-> and repeat until i have reached a
specific stress state.
I tried doing this, had very less success (most probably my logic seems
to be incorrect).
I appreciate any help.
