it depends on what and why you want to simulate :-) and certainly which
material model you use..
I would say resetting the value to 1.0 after the first step is the standard way
and should be used, unless you have very special reason and know very well why
not to reset it..
Also note that the corresponding aabbEnlargeFactor should be used.
