Hi,
The error says "No such file or directory" which means you're asking to
analyze a file ("/home/john/Desktop/working2/work/vis/3d-vtk-
spheres.301.vtu") which does not exist.
Most probably it is at another location than you thought it is, or you
made a typo in its name (or any other possible misuse)
Next time, please try to reserve pure vtk-related questions for a VTK
forum/mailing list.
