thank you again for the reply. I started making a MWE using makeCloud and it
ends up that both saveVtk and the TwoPhaseFlowEngine work fine (although when I
load the vtk in paraview I dont know how to see the triangulation, is there
documentation for this?).
However, when I try loading my geometry the tesselation doesnt seem work any
more. Does this mean if I would like to twophaseflowEngine or the tesselation
in general the geometry needs to be regenerated with makeCloud? Could
O.bodies.append(sphere(c,r)) work as well?
