Why do you need to compile from sources? It seems you are confusing the
steps but I really can't tell since you haven't pointed to any
installation directions in the documentation or explicitly told us what
steps you are using for installation.
Sometimes it's worth the reminder:
sudo apt-get install yade
will install yade on your computer in a very straightforward manner.
