What will happen if I modify the sorce code in cell.cpp and change the
integration rules to:
trsfNew = trsfOld+dt*velGrad
hsizeNew(i) = trsfNew(i)*hsize0 (hsize0 is the hsize of the cell at the
beginning)
Because I want to control the strain rate after run(100,True).
