Cloud posted a new comment: Beside, I found something interesting: I modify the box size in my MWE to Vector3(1e-3,1e-3,1e-3) or Vector3(1,1,1) or Vector3(1e-1,1e-1,1e-1), all converge to equilibrium fast.
