Usually, you can do whatever you want with YADE.
Plotting curves in YADE is described at
https://yade-dem.org/doc/user.html#plotting-variables, and can also be done
outside YADE with any other of your favorite software (after exporting YADE
data e.g. with plot.saveDataTxt)
