Hi,
Considering that interactions are between clump members [*], something
like
liste = []
for id1 in clump1memb: # clump1memb is a list with the ids of the clump members
in clump #1
for id2 in clump2memb: # same for the second clump
liste.append(O.interactions[id1,id2]) # sorry I could not make a one-line
list creation (some scope issues...)
