I am trying to undertake the compilation process as mentioned in [1]. I
have finished till the starting of compilation (the step marked with:
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=../install ../trunk). But after this, I
cannot proceed as how to enable potential blocks and subsequently, to
run the code.
