Hello,

it depends on the definition of "the cylindrical triaxial test".
Confined compression of cylindrical sample was discussed several times on Yade 
forum.
Have a look at [1] for a specific example.

For different loading scenario, basically you would need:
- create cylindrical specimen
- create cylindrical boundaries using facets or boxes
- apply load (either prescribed displacement/velocity or stress/forces) on the 
boundaries
All the steps are possible and should not be too difficult to manage "by hand".
