mrhappy gave more information on the question: I have used other methods such as: O.interactions[4949,5048].phys.isBroken = True O.interactions[5048,4949].phys.isBroken = True O.interactions[4949,5048].phys.isCohesive = False O.interactions[5048,4949].phys.isCohesive = False But still I cannot confirm that the interaction between these nodes are zeroed. Can you suggest another method to zero-out the interaction between these selected particles?
