Thanks for creating this tool. Just to clarify, "sweep over" means that
I will need to write a for loop to extract the cell velocity at a
bounded core. right?

Regarding your comment in #17 about the empty regions in the box that is
affecting my results. I checked the vtk results in paraview [1] and it shows
pressure results only in the cylinder. Does that mean that the empty regions
are not accounted for in the yade PFV model?
