shis oase posted a new comment: I used autocad to constructed the predicate and output it as an stl report. Using 'stl2gts' my stl document became converted to the gts file which can be imported into Yade. https://huskycorgi.com/ As for getting ready spheres using predicate as boundary, you may constantly use the feature 'percent.FilterSpherePack()'.
