Chareyre posted a new comment: Hi, If you use helper functions like "gridConnection(...)" to construct a structure, then the interaction properties are deduced from beam theory, and then alphaKr is not used. See [1]. So you have expected behaviour. If you want them to behave as ordinary sphere-sphere interactions just don't use the helper functions you can create interactions explicitely and let IPfunctors do their job. I hope it helps.
